Very bad experience with al zam zam CA road lakadganj branch and zomato food delivery.. Not an professional packing food no proper packing food is spread in delivery bag very UNHIGENIC and bad experience.. Hotel manager is not pickup call And delivery boy is also very worst.. Please zomato per order mat karo aur al zam zam se to bilkul bhi nahi..

Charging extra on mrp of water, biryani which they charge of rs 350 is not safisant for small kid also and and fully people of tikka biryani just putting chicken tikka in plan rice and serving and charging extra for groceries also

they are fraud. as I had ordered maharaj mutton thali in which all the items were not provided. as you can see the shahi tukda was not provided. after the complaint they say that's it they provide. full scam

I ordered full Boneless butter chicken costing 750 rupees and they gave me some 4 to 5 small shreded chicken pieces and nothing taste like butter chicken my money time was totally wasted

No pieces in order......no use ordered biryani from u better is biryani rice from anywhere and also gravy can have with rice cooked at home....u sent biryani rice at cost of biryani
