NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH BAD SERVICE FROM ANY OFFICIAL FOOD CHAIN RESTO! ordered chicken popcorn gave us snack box. The exec said it says so in the bill. TheN a bucket of chicken wings which was supposed to be boneless was NOT. Then the dip that was supposed to come with checken bucket was not given. It felt like the order was given as a leftover. Bhaai nahi jamta kaam to MAT karo! Waste of money is one thing. HUGE disappointment is another!

They do not maintain the originality of kfc.. It's Because of the staff.. They do not do their work sincerely.. Not good taste bad odour, bad chicken, see all the reviews though.. I m not only the one.. A lot of people are complaining.. Zomato if you are listening. Please forward this message to kfc manager and let them know what their staff is doing on online orders.. Please do maintain the original taste of kfc... Thank you

The manager “preeti” says to come to restaurant with raincoat and give the order to zomato guy coz they dont have a raincoat. They are calling the customer there to pick the order that the guts they have are fabulous.

The food was not even Fresh went there for a takeaway and I think they actually gave me food from a day before really horrible experience this location is ruining the reputation of KFC

apne restaurant me Zomato delivery boy ko bahut der tak khada kar ke rakha ja raha hai ese wajah se khana thanda ho raha hai agar ap aisa kronge to dobara koi order nahi denga

Restaurant canceled order after making us wait for 30 minutes. No compensation given by zomato even though it was a guaranteed on time delivery.

I ordered 2* Hot wings and 1 large popcorn. KFC has taken full payment of what I have order.. didn’t get full order only got 1 hot wings..
