This outlet is defaming the name of McDonald's. Pathetic taste, even worse service. They don't know the difference between Iced and Hot coffee. And when i requested them for an exchange they argued with me. We ordered two kinds of burgers and both were dry and tasteless. I have visited this outlet multiple times and i can now say this confidently that it's a total disappointment and needs a lot of improvement.

Pathetic food quality and the staff was so rude as if they were doing us a favour for letting us dine in their restaurant. They deny the coupons shown on the app as well.. so you have to pay more. Making a fool out of their customers. Never visit the poonam chambers outlet ever
