We had booked a lunch slot for 1:30 PM through Zomato, which mentioned a 10% discount along with 20% cashback. However, I regret to inform you that despite having a confirmed booking, there was no provision for table reservation. We were asked to wait for nearly one hour. After requesting the Manager, he was very polite and assured us that a table would be arranged shortly, which we appreciate. However, the overall experience did not match the expectations set at the time of booking. Additionally, our total bill amounted to ₹8,216, but only ₹250 discount was applied instead of the promised 10% as shown on the app. It is suggested that if customers are allowed to book a specific time slot, there should be proper arrangements to honor that booking and minimize waiting time. Otherwise, the purpose of pre-booking is not fulfilled.

No offers. Booked for offer of 10 percent discount but end result was cash-back that to with terms & conditions. Not satisfied at all. Using since long time but did not receive such type of no offer in a offer from zomato

Very very rude staff... I have pay my bill via upi and show all details to hotel reception but he is not agree for payment and abused me. Then we have done next payment then he is agree but first payment is already pay but staff is very rude. I strongly recommend not visit this restaurant not good staff and it's behaviour. I have proof of frist payment and second payment but hotel staff not agree and abused me. This is not way for business.

the staff is very rude, they are taking bookings and reserving seats for us but are still not giving us a table when we reach and the waiting time is still to high so whats the point of reserving a table they should not give the option and when asking for help the staff is not at all helpful in evening there is a girl with specs was throwing us so much attitude and was very arrogant

if the manager asks you to sit in a small sitting area after crossing the main hall, just run away. Worst experience in otherwise not so bad hotel. Temperature control is not good. Food is as usual good.
