the overall ambience is very homely . Food feels like a warm hug . hot garlic sauce that they use is to die for . staff is very attentive and professional.

Staff behaviour was not appropriate took more than 15-20 mins to take the order people who came after us they were going there poor staff

The food quality has been falling so badly over the years here. Too much oil is used along with the dishes being either over cooked or under cooked. Prices do not justify the taste and quality at all, extremely expensive. The staff is a legacy here which is really commendable and their suggestions are to be considered while ordering. Though to get their attention is a major task.

Very bad experience. Staff was not at all attentive, didn’t even give the menu card for 15 minutes. Had to ask for it. No water served, tissue papers were given at the end. Food was below average. Not recommended.

worst experience ever..I and my 4 yr old daughter went there sat there for half and hr and no one was ready to even listen to us let alone take orders..My daughter kept asking when would food be served but to no avail.. please don't go there if you really need some good service and food pls avoid going there instead order online that will ne much better.

unflavoured, tasteless food were served. unnecessarily overpriced dishes are served. literally boiled mashroom with uncooked chopped onion was served with soy sauce calling it paperica. pathetic service. inattentive waiters. hardly got assistance 😔😔

U send drums of heaven without shaken sauce just one patch of sauce is enough with 2/3 items, u should send more or other sauce for this recipe, food quality is very poor now a days
