This joint was previously located next to Café Illusions. That place is now claimed by 'Naturals Ice Cream Mumbai' which is an altogether different place. This is the original Natural's ice cream parlour. Mango, coconut and sitaphal are must try flavours. Rates are very high, ₹70 for one scoop icecream in a waffle cone. But the taste is unmatched.

I visited yesterday but all seasonal ice-cream are out of stock, which made me upset, I would be happy if you increase stocks of seasonal ice-cream, Secondly too much crowd their was no proper sitting arrangements, parking facility and menu on two screens it was so confusing I would expect more customer friendly ambience in future please make such improvements and do inform me if possible. Thank you

had ordered ice cream scoops yesterday 16th March and today 17th March thru Zomato. For the price for each scoop, it works to more than 10% cost. Quantity, very less for the price. Today when it was delivered, more than 1/10th got melted. Do this company does not know that Frozen items must be delivered in thermocole packs. Had already submitted my complaint with Zomato alongwith photo/video. No response yet. However, the quantity is very much less for the price you charge. leave alone the Taxes. I would only request all of you not to fall prey. Let the company charge the price inclusive of Taxes. Am still awaiting for the response from Zomato. As for the Taste, Lousy. Will never ever order for this. Better is Kwality, Dinshaw, Amul, Arun brand etc etc. l

I ordered ice cream from Naturals, The valet went to the wrong location. When I finally got my order, ice cream was melted as it was sent only in a cardboard carton. How can ice cream be delivered without proper packaging to ensure ice cream doesn’t melt. Horrible service.
