Superior Quality food, Excellent, simply very warm and welcoming staff especially Mr. Rajesh & Ms. Darshana both are great hosts.. I won’t hesitate to call it the best asian cuisine restaurant thanks to Chef Bikram; overall food and service are worth the pricing. with best ambiance one can ask for. ideal for date night ideal for a group night ideal for family ideal for whatever you can think for the restaurant staff and food have you covered.

It's been a while since we got to enjoy restaurant experience (Courtesy Covid) and although the food was absolutely delicious. What won me and my friend was the dedication and hospitality of the staff who ensure that every dish served to us was house speciality. Tarun and Darshana is one of the best and their recommendation was absolutely spot on. I will keep coming this place with to explore the vibrant hospitality of this place.

We visited Ni Hao to celebrate our anniversary and had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious and perfectly prepared — every dish stood out. A special thank you to the team for the beautiful table decoration and the surprise cake from your end. It truly made the evening memorable for us. Appreciate the hospitality and attention to detail. Looking forward to visiting again!

Located inside the radisson Blu hotel this restaurant caters the best Chinese food in Nagpur. Loved all the dishes especially the Chimney Pot Soup, Shredded lamb with pepper and Cilantro. Service and ambiance is excellent Would love to visit gain

I recently dined at Ni Hao Oriental Cuisine, and I must say, my experience was quite disappointing given the hotel's five-star reputation. Firstly, it became clear that the service team was not familiar with the menu, as they seemed to be from another restaurant. This lack of knowledge led to confusion and disrupted the dining experience. They struggled to provide recommendations. Additionally, the food service was not up to par. Even with a wait, the dishes did not arrive as expected and lacked the finesse one would anticipate at a premium restaurant. What was more concerning was the fact that I noticed two other tables adjacent to us sharing similar grievances about the poor quality of food. It’s disheartening to see a renowned establishment fall short in such fundamental areas. Overall, I would suggest the restaurant take steps to improve both service and food quality, as it currently does not meet the expectations set by the Radisson Blu brand.
