Post ordering informed us that the ordered items are not available! At the end had Cappuccino in 2 different forms! So whats the use of ordering something and visiting this place if half of the menu is not available!

Honey chilli potato and the bao was below average however we ordered pesto paneer sandwich, pancakes and mashed potatoes were really nice. Good service too.

The ambience and feel of the cafe us good however food needs a huge improvement..in terms of menu and more so in terms of taste.. didnt like the taste at all of basic items like noodles would recommend to go only for ambience and good photography

The food I ordered was below average. The Aglio Olio pasta had very odd taste. They definitely didn't use olive oil. I tried to finish it to avoid wasting but just couldn’t. The coffee was okay, staff was friendly.

Extremely Disappointed – Got Food Poisoning! I visited Pours and Plate for breakfast today and ordered a Vietnamese cold brew and avocado toast on sourdough. I’ve only had food poisoning once in my entire life — and unfortunately, it happened after eating here. I had actually asked them to replace the avocado toast because the avocado looked way too brown to be fresh. They took it back but returned with the same mash, which still tasted stale and the onions were smelly. Sadly, my concerns were ignored, and I ended up falling sick later that day. Very disappointed with both the food quality and hygiene. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless they seriously improve their kitchen standards and listen to customer feedback.

The place, the service, the staff everything was good but the food was really disappointing, the taste was not at all good. I tried a hummus platter, manchow soup and the virgin Bailey's which was too sweet though I mentioned it not to. Though the presentation was good I wish the taste could also.

we had ordered crispy chicken bao as appetizers and it took almost 1 hour to get it and chicken filling was exactly same as the chicken chilly we had ordered!! After 1 hour of wait this is what we got. Highly disappointed..

Delayed service food and coffee very average no value for money and no availability of foods in menu. Will not go ever again

Got my food and the rest of the food was ovver . Had to go hungry. Sent the food back for the above reasons .
