Food 5/5. We were staying in Regenta while travelling from Pune to Kolkata. We had dinner in Feliz and were very satisfied with the staff behaviour and their hospitality. Special mention to Sanchita n Dhanshri for their sweet gesture. At first they provided complementary green salad and papad. At the end when we were ordering dessert and the one which we were craving for was not available so they provided complementary hot Langcha. They were very kind for doing that and were very unexpected. This journey will always be memorable because of their staff behaviour gesture.

Had dinner with family friends its was best experiance with food and service we had discount vocher staff were very co operative to suggest us about the membership how to redeem Captain Venugopal shown warm hositality and very humble managing everything went smoothly Chef rupen offered us best food best starters Specialy jalapheno popers and spring rolls

The staff was very kind and polite especially venugopal, chef Rupen and Rohit. Service was very good. Overall great experience here.

while booking the app was telling that you will get a vanilla cake but in Feliz cafe they didn't knew about such offer and no cake was provided, the service is a bit slow but food is good

Firstly they do not serve Ala Carte in Feliz Cafe. They have only buffet in Feliz Cafe. They will ask you to go to Deja Brew which is their Bar and Restaurant and not family friendly . Service is worst , they took almost 1 hr for masala papd to serve. They only give attentions to drinkers and not to the family tables. Portion of food is very less and they are charging way high as compared to the ambience and quality of service they have. They are selling mineral water at a cost of Rs 80. Worst experience. Not recommended at all for families who want to have good food with their family.
