Ordered 5 1/2 soups and single full soup. They served the single soup with almost same quantity and added water in that bowl. Could clearly taste the difference with other and this bowl of soup. Other than that quantity is limited and taste is okish

AVOID THIS HOTEL !!! Waiters there don't know, how to take orders properly. Behaving rude with customers, and unnecessary arrogance is common practice here

Had a really disappointing experience this time. We ordered: * Black pepper chicken – extremely hard to chew * Tandoori chicken – soft, tender, and juicy, but lacked flavor * Chicken handi – completely bland, no taste at all * Tandoori roti – covered in excess flour with burnt charcoal residue at the bottom * Dal tadka – just okay, but definitely needs improvement What made it worse was the service. It was slow, and the staff was not helpful. The receptionist was rude when we tried to pay using a Zomato discount and insisted on full payment. When the owner got involved, instead of resolving the issue, he was also rude and contradictory, even accusing us of creating confusion. This is especially disappointing because the food here used to be genuinely good—full of flavor and consistently enjoyable. Unfortunately, that quality seems to have dropped significantly. Overall, a very bad experience this time.

I had a very bad dining experience here, I visited the restaurent on 5th august for lunch, I ordered paneer tikka for starters and paneer tikka masala for main course, the panner tikka came cold and very bad in taste we had to eat 2 pieces to confirm it was bad, on complaining the manager came and was trying to make us believe, no no we only serve good quality food, their behaviour was really bad I said I don't want to eat anything, they said you anyhow have to pay the bill we cannot do anything, I was forced to pay the whole bill, I paid rs 815 the bill was 880 rs including taxes, I ordered earlier and even dined but never had such a bad experience, I would really not recommend anyone going here, very bad experience.

We were shocked and disappointed to discover that the daal we ordered had gone bad. Initially, we thought the sour taste was due to an excessive amount of imli, but then waiter explicitly warned us not to consume it, revealing that it was indeed stale. To our surprise, they openly admitted that the daal had been prepared a day prior. This blatant disregard for customer health and satisfaction is unacceptable, and we urge the establishment to prioritize food safety and customer well-being.

Ordered chilly mushroom and spring roll and veg Kolhapur...all we're stale and had compramizing taste. Only good thing was hara bhara kabab. Ruined my entire food hosted more than thousand rupess not at all value for money. Losers should not have a food business if cannot value imp of quality.

The portion size is pathetic, it seems as if they are doing a favour by serving the food. Worst experience ever. Moreover they charge 2% tip in the bill and mention to be not compulsory, never seen such money minded restaurant who does not care about the customers and service.

Worst experience ever.. booked a table from zomato and paid the bill from zomato of 12k after discount the owner didnt accept the payment and charged extra 18% on bill 10% zomato discount and 8% commission . Never ever visit such worst place in nagpur

so cheap unhygienic restaurant in the whole nagpur don't order any thing from this restaurant instead of this order from other small restaurant sir dikhta bada hai lekin bekar hai👎

Food was very bad. Ordered Paneer Tikka Masala and it was more like Paneer oil masala. Service also needs to be drastically improved.
