Very good service by waiters, well spoken. Food was very tasty. South indian as well as north indian, both food was available. very tasty and cost friendly

A great place to treat your taste buds incase you’re craving for some South Indian food. I particularly like their open dosa, masala dosa, medu vadas and ghee roast dosa.

I visited Uttar Dakshin, Pratap Nagar, and had a disappointing experience. The restaurant refused to accept payment through Zomato even though the option was showing as available in the app. When I asked about it, the staff simply said the service was “not available,” but it felt more like they didn’t want to accept it because of discounts or cashback policies. As a customer, it’s frustrating to place an order based on available payment options and then be denied at the counter. Transparency and honesty matter — if a service is not supported, it should clearly be updated on Zomato instead of telling customers last minute. Food might be okay, but such service and attitude definitely ruins the experience.

It’s written it “opens at 7am” but they don’t serve food till “8am”. Disappointed with false timings.

i had shezwan noodles and it was extremely spicy and bright red in colour, taste was bad. Staff is very rude and impolite, some of them are good but most of them are rude. they are now charging for container with no lid only seal and even charging for paper bag now.

They did not mention that they don’t serve north indian food anywhere on the menu. And then they are like no combo available, no north indian food available. They just claim to be uttardakshin but unfortunately they have nothing good here

I placed an order on Zomato, it showed me 20 mins to deliver while placing the order. It took them 1.5 hours to send 3 plates of Idli and one plate of wada. No one answers their phone. very disappointing.

Pathetic! Just pathetic. Don’t have anything from the menu and the staff is very very rude. Don’t waste your money.
