This is based on the theme of vintage chandni chowk. Many statues, and frames are decorated. Restaurant is made like old fort. Food is good in taste. Their paintings are great. Service and all is good too

The interiors done are great for clicking pictures as they depict the chandni Chowk area of Delhi. The food was tasty. I ordered paneer paratha and choley bhature. The quantity was nice but I felt that the choley bhature were a little over priced at Rs.160 as compared to Delhi. Will visit the place again soon.

This is located on mall road of nanital. Landed here during trip to nanital. They have excellent interiors which is design on them of chandni chowk. Staff was nice, food was average in taste which can be better. Must try dahi bhale.

Namaskar, so on a cloudy Sunday evening, we while strolling on the fab mall road , tried to taste our desi cuisine . N what better than something like a "Chandni chowk" . A quite newly opened area on the mall road , it attracts you by its outside theme exhibiting mannequins as chefs cooking different items ! . On entering inside , definitely it's a world apart from the usual dining areas . (Plz seey pics). Capturing the old dilli look , it does give u a nostalgic mood .oldish sofas , walls n murals give u many a pic worthy look. Though it ain't very large in size . Coming to the food , menu though extensive but stil lacks many options. Trying to serve everything , it misses out on so much variety . Reading reviews i too ordered the famed "jalebis" , which were as tasty n desi n crispy n thin as I always wish them to be . Though pricey . Next up , we tried *masala dosa* in southie menu , n though the dosa tastes nice with decent sambhar but for *masala* , it contained a very very thin layer of aloo . Would have loved more lighting to brighten the area Also , one should chuck out Chinese n southie stuff n just increase the desi dilli cuisine to cater to the name and the theme , i believe.. Also looked n felt so empty as compared to others nearby .

After looking at this famous stall in Chandni chowk and reading a few reviews, I was tempted to have the Kulhad wala dudh at Nainital to beat the cold. Kulhad wala dudh is a famous north Indian dessert or drink. It is simply milk with lot of dry fruits and some spices, cooked till reduced to almost half. So, in a way, it’s flavoured condensed milk. Generally, it’s served hot in earthen pots, but during summer, you can consume it chilled as well and it is always lip smacking, whether hot and chilled. However, this didn't taste as expected and wasn't upto the mark. It was extremely hot and the dryfruits weren't of good quality found in the drink.

It was my first time visiting Nainital. As I was heading out to my hotel, I saw this mud colored , old architecture styled outlet situated on the so called mall-road, besides the beautiful Lake view. Location - 4 The location is absolute perfect. It is just when you enter the premises, the lake side view disappears. Inside you have beautiful murals speaking of our ancient ways of cooking styles. Food - 3 We ordered paranthas and aloo puri. They were average on the taste front. But they were warm and freshly prepared. There tea was awesome. Service - 3.5 Ambience - 3.5 If you are here, give it a shot. Do try there jalebis.

We ordered 3 cheese Dosa which was not part of the menu. We were shocked to see the bill later where they charged Rs.150 extra just to add cheese to the dosa. Plain Dosa costs 150 and they charged 300. After pointing this out, they mentioned this is what it is and we need to pay. Also initially they tried to fool us by giving paneer dosa ans said it has cheese. Not recommended.

Dont know about the food because we could not get it. Extremely bad service. Server didn't take our order for about 20mins and then after ordering didn't not bring food for another 30mins. +Server was very rude and kept ignoring our calls.
