I had tandoori chicken and soup. it was authentic and delicious. service is really good. even the gulab jaamuns were amazing. they serve finger bowls in the end, so it's heaven in the cold winter nights.

Lovely stop on the Bhimtal bypass. The view is great except for that Electric tower. I had lunch here which was Chicken Kalimirch, chilli garlic parantha and pudhina parantha… followed by cappuccino. I would definitely recommend the paranthas as a must try but overall the food was good. Slightly priced on the higher side but then it offers equally good experience for tourists. Do make a stop here.

Nice restaurant in Mall road. food portion is more than enough for 2 persons but a bit expensive , but service is slow , nevertheless you will enjoy the ambience and the view . Good staff , food is also good. Food menu on Zomato is old .it's more expensive now 😑

Date of visit: July 2nd, 2023. It was morning, raining and a mood to enjoy something like Pancakes so I crashed into Machan and ordered it with some coolers. I ordered, Pancakes with Banana and 2 Coolers. I must say that I had the worst Pancakes till date. If you order Pancakes with Banana, you'll expect good fluffy Pancakes with Banana sliced on it along with Maple Syrup but nothing like this happened with me. They stuffed Banana into it and cooked. Are you serious? Have you ever tasted Pancakes in life? I confronted the person who served it, he said, "this is how we serve here". Highly disappointed. I would highly recommend Machan either change its quality or remove it from your menu. please don't insult Pancakes by serving banana stuffed sweet Parantha. We have almost the same experience with the coolers. Not at all a pleasing experience.... Not even satisfactory. On complaint, the Manager showed courtesy for not charging me for the Pancakes and thankful for the same however he could not do anything for my trauma that I got from those Pancakes. 🥲🥲

We went out on the night of November 30, which also happened to be my partner's birthday. The restaurant looked decent from the outside, but the food was as disappointing as it gets. We ordered Rogan Josh, and it was prepared so poorly that even a street dog wouldn't touch it. The taste was terrible, and although the service was okay, when we expressed our dissatisfaction, the waiter had the audacity to say we should have informed them before eating. Seriously? How do you assess the taste without trying it? Compared to local eateries in Nainital, even this restaurant falls short in terms of both food and service.

One of the most pathetic food I have ever eaten. Order Mix sauce veg pasta : rotten smell was coming and fish oil smell was coming 2. Mutton rogan josh was undercooked and smelly as hell . 3. The glasses served for water was not also clean. Ps . Do not go just by the name the food is pathetic

pathetic food pathetic service we ordered kali mirch chicken which was like they have put chicken in Maah ki dal we also ordered kadahi chicken which was also very bad service was also very bad only saving grace was lachha parantha I would have given 0 Star but there was no option

on april 22 we order mughlai food it was pathetic food tawa chicken ,kali mirch chiken worst food ever i had at machan all tourist refrain from going there
