Small little cafe. Serving great dessert options. We order chocolate fudge. Overloaded with chocolate sauce. They the brownie in it was extremely soft and moist. Loved it.

We ordered Nutella fondue and caramel hot chocolate. Fondue was not very great. Chocolate was warm not hot and pieces of brownies, cupcakes and cookies was very soft and breaking up. So the experience was meh. Hot chocolate was ok and too sweet. Overall ok place.

hot chocolate was too sugary , and the pastry was nothing but a slim thin base with cream and again a thin layer of topping. ambience was good , but there are other good options nearby.

We ordered white sauce pasta hot chocolate, irish frappe and bananarama pancake all were worst hot chocolate was so sweeettt, white sauce pasta had very strong taste of black pepper, Irish frappe the serve it with cream and its also veryyyy sweet Regarding pancake it was also not good We just wasted our money We didnt completed drinking our hot chocolate & irish frappe Overall I would say refrain from going their

Ordered. a variety of things like Supreme Pizza, Garlic Bread, Sizzler, Nutella Waffle but was disappointed in all of them. it's a decent cafe to relax but not for food lovers. The preparation was at best 'Average'. The service of staff was poor even after pointing out their irregularities. Nainital being a tourist attraction, I had high hopes.

I ordered a pizza on 24Nov and after waiting for 1 hr they cancelled my order and then till now my money has not been refunded and I am calling them Chocolate Room but no one is picking up the call and not even refunding my money

it's a waste of money to go there. They put blue berry jam over regular cake frosting and call it a cheesecake. They are literally fooling people.
