Since a week I am frequently going to this place and it has warm hospitality by Jahnvi and Anjali. Jahnvi makes sure I get everything of my choice and suggests me coffee, snacks and desserts as per my choice. The quick maggi menu is really nice for a quick bite. Would appreciate if you can add some more to your sandwich and salad menu. Keep it up with your excellent services.

We visited the cafe late night, ordered Alfredo pasta and it came undercooked I informed the chef He said this is how it should be,but it was only 50% cooked Disappointed with the response, bad experience

Very poor service at Bakes and Brew. This is the third time i have been there and the same level of service which I will rate as very poor. Earlier gave benefit of doubt of once in while things may not go well but this is the third time with same experience hence writing a review hoping they will take some action on the same. Marriott should close down this section if they cant have enough staff to service this section.
