Yesterday, around 7:15 PM, I visited your Nashik City Centre outlet with my parents. At that time, the restaurant was almost empty. My parents selected a table based on convenience and proximity, yet the front desk staff repeatedly insisted that we sit at another specific table. Unfortunately, the table assigned to us had a foul smell coming from a nearby trash area. The behaviour of the front desk staff was also rude and unnecessary, especially considering that we were not trying to occupy a larger table than required. What disturbed me even more was an incident that took place between approximately 7:45 PM and 9:00 PM. A family entered the restaurant and directly started eating food from the buffet counters without being seated or attended by staff. They were using their hands repeatedly in the serving trays after eating and licking their fingers, contaminating the food across multiple sections including the main course, fruits, and desserts. I immediately informed one of your staff members about this, but no action was taken. Shockingly, the family later left the restaurant without even paying any bill. This entire situation was extremely unhygienic and unacceptable. It makes me question how such people were allowed to enter and access the buffet freely without any monitoring. At that moment, the same front desk staff who was repeatedly stopping us from sitting at a preferred table seemed completely absent regarding this serious hygiene and security issue. Honestly, it gave the impression that such people may have been known to the staff. I request you to please check the CCTV recordings of the Nashik City Centre outlet between 7:30 PM and 8:45 PM and take strict action regarding both the hygiene lapse and the staff behaviour. I will also attach my bill for your reference. Please ensure that such incidents are not repeated in the future. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I am also considering taking this matter further on social media. Thanks,

Poor Food quality and least variety. Waiting periods was almost double as compared to others. worst than origin. only single variety in pastry. For water we have to pay, what can be more bad than this
