Dinner at Governor Sahab was one of those experiences where everything just came together beautifully. The moment we walked in, the elegant interiors and regal ambience set the mood for a relaxed evening. The space feels grand yet welcoming, making it perfect for a leisurely meal. We started with some appetisers, and right from the first course, it was evident that a lot of thought had gone into both the flavours and the presentation. The paneer was beautifully charred, the prawns were cooked to perfection, and every dish arrived looking like a work of art. The star of the evening for me was the Gucchi Butter Chicken. Rich, comforting and packed with flavour, it paired perfectly with the freshly made breads. Every dish felt carefully crafted, balancing traditional flavours with a refined presentation. What I appreciated just as much as the food was the service. The staff was warm, attentive and genuinely invested in making sure we had a wonderful dining experience. Their recommendations were spot on, and the hospitality felt effortless rather than formal. From the stunning presentation and flavourful food to the gracious service and beautiful setting, Governor Sahab made for a memorable evening. It's the kind of place where you find yourself slowing down, savouring every bite, and enjoying the entire experience, not just the meal.

Ambiance is good, service is excellent. Menu is different than typical restaurant. However we ordered Mandi Biryani which is basically Arebic preparation, what was served was just Awadhi or Nizami biryani rice with chicken tandoori pieces. This was disappointing. Restaurant should serve authentic preparation and not push anything if chef is not capable.

Staff was to rude… they did not gave me the bill & told me to pay the amount what he told me . Can I say it was a fraud with me. I even Complain to the restaurant Manger mr.Ankur singh about this incident.
