Its a perfect place to have nice, wholesome lunch and dinner. This is a small hotel which serves mainly Maharashtrian as well as Mughlai cuisine. Few best items on the menu are Kaleji fry, Mutton dry, Mutton biryani and Chicken ukkad. The only downside of this hotel is its ambiance. If you are looking for a luxurious family restaurant, then you might be underwhelmed by its ambiance. The Greedy Foodie review: Taste- 9/10 Ambiance-6/10 Hygiene-7/10 Value for money-7.5/10

I give four star for their chicken and mutton biryani, both are delicious and amazing flavoured. Their mutton and chicken thali and mutton , chicken handi also Good taste , they made both handi in black masala . I ate there food many time, ambiance was medium not family restaurant type. Service was Good . Price rate are medium.

Maharashtra Darbar has its tow branches in Nasik. One is in Satpur and the other is near Gangapur Road. It is also popularly known as Salim ki Biryani. Maharashtra Darbar probably serves the best Biryani in Nashik. I have been and tried many many biryanis all around Nasik. 3-4 years ago my favourite biryani used to be from the Shalimar Biryani, but after trying the biryani from this place, it became my favourite. A perfect blend of spices along with the rice is what makes the biryani stand out is what i think. The other dishes like Kheema Pav, Chicken Masala, etc are also good. Coming to the other aspects of this place, everything is below average! The ambience is really bad.  The service is also equally bad. Price-wise, the dishes are appropriately priced i think considering the bad ambience and bad service. I remember, before the introduction of food delivery apps in Nasik, one had to personally go to this place and get the food picked up because they didn't have delivery service; not even to places just under a km radius. Considering their attitude of not investing in customer satisfaction (except keeping the consistent taste of food), i don't think we can see any up-gradation of dining space, hygiene and overall service in general. So basically the 3 points/stars which i rated are only for their food. No points for ambience, service, etc.

I have had the best biriyani if Nashik here and also the worst biriyani. They used to serve the best biriyani in entire Nashik. I used to go there atleast once a month for the last 6 months regularly and had to take a taxi to and fro.. it was all that worth... I dunno what happened but the biriyani I had today was the worst one of my life. The rice was so dry... I've never noticed color in their rice but today... And it felt so hard to swallow because of its dryness.. Of course you could add Rasa to it but then you lose all the taste and feel of a good biriyani.. Don't go there if u expect ambience and all coz it's not such a place. After all we all go there for good food. Not for a romantic candle light dinner.. 2/5 The staff is so unprofessional and slow... There is no hint of energy in them.. if I ask them for menu card, they will bring it to you and then will disappear or walk to a corner to chat with their mates.. 1/5 The only thing this place is good was for their amazing biriyani.. I look forward into them to revive that taste.. Because there are some die hard fans waiting for it..

Greasy Biryani and cheap quality types totally not worth Rs 300 ! Definitely not buying any from here. Plus the parcel was leaking oily when delivered, poor in all aspects.

I Ordered Egg Cury With Extra Boiled Egg But There's No Extrq Egg In My Parcel. And Even They Not Picking Up My Call. Useless Fellows. They Get 200 Rs For Only Egg Curry And Even Not Giving Full Menu I Ordered.

I dont like food, Biryani me piece nahi ttthe, And Chicken lollypop bakwas ttthe,,, Rs.1000-1200 waste ho gaye....... Wapis kabhi order nahi karunga!
