I've been coming to this place since they were established. You get the best Pizza in Nashik for sure. The service is on point even in rush hours. Lovely place to hangout and play card games, read books and do some activity while the pizza gets ready. Highly recommended for Pizza lovers

FOOD IS GOOD. BUT THE WAIT AND SERVICE IS PATHETIC. WE GOT OUR MEALS AFTER 1 HOUR OR SO. WENT IN THE AFTERNOON. AIRCONDITIONING IS INEFFECTIVE WITH THE FOOD FIRED OVEN WITHIN THE RESTAURANT. STAFF IS VERY MINIMAL AND ALL THE WORK JUST APPEARS TO BE DONE BY ONE SINGLE PERSON . CREATING A LOT OF WAIT TIME FOR FOOD SERVICE. OVERALL IT IS A GOOD PLACE BUT IF THE PEOPLE RUNNING THIS SHOW DONT ADAPT TO THE REQUIRMENTS OF THE CUSTOMER THEYRE NOT GETTING TOO FAR FROM WHERE THEY ARE. SINCE THEIR PRICING IS ON THE HIGHER SIDE....THEY MUST ALSO PROVIDE THE QUALITY OF AMBIENCE AND SERVICE WHICH IS DEMANDED BY THE CUSTOMER.

the toppings on the pizza were good. the cooking of the pizza was a little on the charred side. the garlic bread had so much garlic in it that it was basically bitter. pathetic service. too long of a wait time. were letting people go in between. very mismanaged.

The food was decent. But the service is pathetic. First of all, I was charged for drinking water and they do not provide free drinking water. When I asked for it, I was insulted and asked to leave. But this is against fssai guidelines and I shall complain for the mental harrasment faced
