Karishma Dhabha, located along the Mumbai Nashik Highway, is a great stop for travelers looking for a spacious and family-friendly dining experience. One of its standout features is the ample parking space, making it easy for large groups or families to park without hassle. For those with kids, the dedicated play area ensures that younger ones have a good time while the adults can relax. Their is separate seating and separate kitchen for veg lovers. However, when it comes to the food, the prices are a bit on the higher side. While some dishes justify the cost, others fall short in terms of both quality and quantity. We started with the **Chicken Manchow Soup**, which was a standout. The soup was spicy with a distinct "desi tadka" and had generous chunks of tender chicken, making it both flavorful and filling. For starters, we opted for the **Chicken Nawabi Kebab** (boneless). Unfortunately, this dish didn’t live up to expectations. The kebabs were undercooked, and at the price point, we expected better quality and more attention to preparation. On a positive note, the **Chicken Sultaniya** was a delightful surprise. This dish, with its rich, saucy toppings and groundnut tadka enhanced by the fragrance of curry leaves, is a must-try. It's quite filling and flavorful, making it a great choice for those with hearty appetites. For the main course, we had the **Chicken Handi**, which was a hit. The dish was rich in taste, and the generous serving of chicken pieces justified the price. It's a dish worth recommending if you're craving something hearty and satisfying. To end the meal, we indulged in the **Arabian Pudding** – a dessert that should not be missed. Creamy and delicious, it’s the perfect way to finish off a flavorful meal. In conclusion, while Karishma Dhabha offers a spacious, family-friendly environment with some tasty dishes like Chicken Sultaniya and Arabian Pudding, the price point might make you pause, especially for items like the Nawabi Kebab that didn’t meet expectations. Still, for a stopover on the Mumbai Nashik Highway, it’s a solid choice with both hits and misses.
