food quality is not good bec they don't serve freshly made food .... whenever we order online, they send old food made 3-5 hours ago by reheating it ... this causes loss of taste ... every time they don't give fresh chicken .... also chicken quantity they do cheating ... when we visit the kfc for dining, they gives proper quantity, but if the same food chicken is ordered online they gives less quantity .... 420 restaurant ... management should take serious not of this ....

Service is very slow and staff is very irresponsible and not upto the mark. First there is huge crowd in kfc and only one counter is open. Which is always the problem. And staff is not so active and fast. And smoky grilled machine was inoperative. Staff is not following SOP. I have not seen such kind of kfc in other cities. Would like to mail to higher management and on social media.

I was excited to see the bounce back of KFC in Nashik, However it seems taste has been compromised. I ordered food in the morning in the hope of getting it fresh, however it had foul odour in it. Crispy and taste was out of picture.

We were turned down our order at 1030pm. Made us wait for some time before telling us they're not accepting any orders. Never visiting or ordering from here again.

was made to wait more than 20 mins just to punch order. 7 minute rule applies only if order is punched bt u can be made to wait more just to take order
