Le Bistro was one of those charming little spaces at Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa, Nashik that we found ourselves gravitating towards during our stay. Elegant yet relaxed, it's the perfect spot to slow down, unwind, and enjoy a beautifully crafted cup of coffee or tea. We had the pleasure of experiencing a specially curated high tea here, and it was truly delightful. The spread featured an assortment of savoury bites, decadent sweet treats, handcrafted beverages, and some wonderfully aromatic gourmet teas. Every element was thoughtfully presented, making the experience feel both indulgent and intimate. What stood out most was the attention given to the beverages. From expertly brewed coffees and creamy milkshakes to unique tea blends prepared with great care, each drink felt like an experience in itself. The team took the time to explain the different blends and preparation methods, which added a lovely personal touch to the afternoon. The ambience at Le Bistro is warm, inviting, and perfect for a leisurely catch-up, an afternoon break, or simply some quiet me-time. The elegant interiors, comfortable seating, and relaxed atmosphere make it easy to lose track of time. A special mention to the team for their gracious hospitality and attention to detail. It's clear that a lot of thought goes into creating an experience rather than simply serving food and beverages. Whether you're stopping by for a quick coffee, a sweet indulgence, or a leisurely high tea, Le Bistro offers a refined yet comforting experience that's well worth exploring. It was one of my favourite discoveries at the hotel and a lovely way to spend a relaxed afternoon.

Nice cozy bistro with some mouthwatering bite food and drinks options. We tried some variety of milk shakes and pizza, taste and service was top notch.
