At first the restaurant rejected Zomato payment but at last they accepted it. Good food good Ambiance, little skeptical if you don't know the policies, they will say no Zomato dining

Have been there a multiple times but the food has started to degrade. didn't live upto the expectations. their signature chicken dish was not upto the mark neither the biryani. the veg gravy was nice. didn't accept Zomato payments on bill. offered me a 5% discount as a compensation! purchased Zomato gold for offers and not being able to use it is disappointing. the service is nice and so is the ambience!

Extremely Disappointing Experience I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was just awful. The staff was completely uncooperative and seemed uninterested in serving customers. No one was listening or paying attention when we raised concerns. The management was clearly lacking — no organization at all. We had to wait 45 minutes between dishes, and when the food finally arrived, it was of extremely poor quality. Honestly, it was some of the worst food I’ve ever had, and definitely not worth the high prices they charge. If you’re expecting decent service, good food, or a pleasant experience — look elsewhere.

Disappointed with the basic menu and management as to wait long for salad refill due to rush in barbecue section.. Also disappointed with taste, earlier we visited many times and all the things were impressive. This falling nature of taste, management & menu needs to be corrected.

The 10% discount that you gave on the bill, the hotel people asked me to pay that discount amount as well. Why give discount if the hotel guys ask for it. Please confirm the policy with the hotel before hosting such hotels on Zomato.
