Great Ambience, quiet place though. Service and food is good. Happened to visit yesterday with friends, we enjoyed quite ambience, with no rush. Must visit.

Awesome Ambience ! The first thing you will notice is the ambience. The restuarant is located near the riverside of Godavari which is about 1-2 kms from Akashvani tower. Best place if you are looking to throw a private party in Nashik. The food is also very good but there is a huge scope to improve the service. I wish them best of luck and do continue serving great foods !

I rebooked for family dinner of 20 people. Service was pathetic and super slow. Not at all worth for the price we paid. I won’t recommend this restaurant at all.

So we went there to celebrate arrival of new car in our family. We had high hopes looking at ambience in few pictures. Ambience is not bad at all. Food is okayish for the price they charge. We had veg hot and sour soup, cream of chicken soup and a veg and non veg main course. Veg soup was little on the saltier side, cream of chicken was perfect. Main course was above average. The thing here is, they wouldn’t want to let go of extra ₹19 they can earn by charging a water bottle worth ₹20 for ₹39 despite having each item priced so high. We usually carry our own water bottle wherever we go as we don’t prefer months long packed water in plastic bottles. But the person in change to take the orders flatly refused to allow us to carry our own bottle. We tried reasoning with him stating we have our own boiled water with us and we don’t prefer outside water but he wouldn’t budge. Later on throughout the serving, he was carrying grumpy face. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PATHETIC ATTITUDE OF THE STAFF. We should have left the restaurant immediately without placing the order but it was little late and we were not sure if we will get decent restaurant that time nearby. When I spoke to the owner of the hotel, the excuse he had was “people bring liquor in water bottles so we don’t allow outside water bottle”. When you see a family having 2 female members and a toddler, you’re supposed to take situational calls and not be adamant about your nonsensical rules. A high end restaurant which cannot differentiate between sober family out for nice family dinner and drunkard bachelors out for cheap alcohol party in costly restaurant doesn’t deserve to get my business. Absolutely worthless. Spoiled our mood with the pathetic service to say the least. We won’t visit this restaurant again but hope they change this stupid rule of theirs.

Poor service. We go to a restaurant for an experience and I must say that I was utterly disappointed with the one that I had at palm shells. We waited for an hour and a half to receive our order and even after the manager admitted to the fact that he missed to submit the order, the owner was not able to find reason. Moreover, because of such bad customer service we had to leave half way not completing our meal on a day we went to celebrate.

Ambiance and location is secondary to good food. I would rate a restaurant on food and service caz they are primary parameters. This place can't handle rush hours. Staff and management not courteous which reflects their food quality. Kindly don't judge this place on it's looks, foodies will not enjoy, plz find a better place to get your money's worth .

I will not recommend this place to anyone in future, very bad service, waiters are not polite, they dont pay you attention at any cost. I am very calm person and dont usually give negative reviews, but today it gone beyond the limits

Food is okay but the service time is very poor. They literally take more than one hour for each dish... Bad experience. They don't even respond when we ask for the orders...

Very slow service, had ordered simple basic burnt garlic fried rice, which was served cold, manchurian balls and gravy had a burnt flavour Lemon juice was bitter

Worst experience, very slow service. Took almost 45 mins to get one starter and soup . Worst service, i wont recommend going to this restaurant.
