We go to Panorama frequently. The terrace ambience is pretty good with cool night breeze and view around some parts of Nashik. The food this time was not so tasty. The starter was good but the main course was not so good. The rotis were okay. The service was good with Mr Shiva in the lead. We did not click our pics.

Food quality is great, ambience as well. Service was nice, but for our last order, they took 45 minutes to serve that too when we asked them.

Disappointing Experience – Classist Management, Average Food 1. Reservation issue: Booked 8:45 pm on Zomato, reached 8:40 pm with family (wife, infant, parents, nanny). Told “Zomato reservation doesn’t guarantee a table.” Only when my wife and I questioned them in English did they “find” 2 tables after a huge drama of 5 odd minutes. Saw another family face the same treatment. Clear bias against middle-class looking guests. 2. Food: Old Fashioned, Whiskey Sour – okay by Nashik standards (2/5) Butter Garlic Prawns – outright bad (0/5) Murgh Tikka, Paneer Tikka – well made (4/5) Saoji Komdi, Paneer Biryani – below average (2/5) 3. Ambience and Music: From Rooftop restaurant standard – decent (3/5). Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. Average food could have been compensated by good hospitality but restaurant management is on an ego high. Won't recommend families to go there, especially middle class ones

They have their restaurant listed on zomato under dining but the pathetic management is not allowing to pay via zomato..what the hell is this..if they don’t want any payments via zomato platform then why the hell the restaurant is listed here..pathetic management

The veg food was really below average… they served cold soup, and charge 100 rs for one wheat roti which was mostly just burnt Waste of money we dont mind oaying but food is really not upto how much we paid for it… it was just waste of our money

The food was bad, service was delayed, we had to wait for everything (even for salad) for like 10-15 mins, Ambience was okayish until there were bunch of insects all around the place. It wasn't value for money, there are better options in Nashik.

The ambience and location is good but the food is really not upto the mark. They served us stale chicken which was not at all flavourful. The bill came really high and was totally not worth it. I don’t recommend anyone to go there.
