Had Kajumalai and Rasmalai pastries both had unique test actual a signature cakes by Bon Vivant totally worth it strongly recommended as a dessert (specially Sizzling Brownie for winters)

Absolutely love the ice creams and we have it quite often too. Only problem i would point out is that the seating is too little and hence have to do a take away every time. And once we did get a table and it was really dirty, we sat there and waited for someone to clean it up, but for 10 minutes the staff just stood and eventually we had to take the ice creams and stand and eat it. A shame for a place that serves such amazing spread to enjoy.

The cakes are good But the manager who handle the shop is a complete arrogant person I order 4 cake for an ceremony which was ordered only if they deliver the cake by 9:30 am in the morning but the did not And one cake was for an engagement ceremony At the delivery time first the shop was closed i called the manager he did not pick my phone I went to the chef he said he had not received any order details from the manager, after some thime manager recived my calls he said the cakes are ready but as i could see there was nothing prepared they made the cake after I went and complained Manager being a dousche and after having a fierce word between the two of us he told me that if there is problem I will cancel your order we have no need to make it , I have lots of order in the day ,if one gets cancel nothing will matter that will not change their reputation .very poor service by the manager , such people should not handle a reputed shops

I ordered on 8 th July for 1 kg Belgian roasted almonds cake it was stale and the base was smelling bad No one ate the cake and they charged exorbitant rates But the worthless cake. Highly disappointing experience. Hope this review helps others before ordering any cakes. They have major issues in base immediate action needed.

The fly insect were found deep inside cake. And the colour of cake and the insect was dark so I was very fortunate that I was able to notice it. Ultimately it's gets clear that it was there while making the cake. So I doubt about the kitchen and other hyegin process. Was shocked by this

Horrible! Strong smell or taste of chemical or preservatives. Best avoided. Threw of the remaining in dustbin after first bite. Would strongly advise AVOID
