One of the best restaurant I have ever visited. Excellent food. Good quality, quantity and service is awesome. Menu is extensive and seasonal to a particularly high standard. Definitely fine dining. Celebrated my sons 10th bday on 9th July. Can say this was the best bday celebrated till date. Highly recommended. Must visit. Next time when I will go to nashik, it’s by default that am going to Callisto for sure. 😍😍😍

They took forever to give menu, forever to get some water, the whole hour to get a soup and longer to get some noodles. Only 5 tables were occupied and still no service. Extremely unprofessional

A Nightmare at Pegasus, Gangapur Road, Nashik - Avoid at All Costs! My recent experience at Pegasus on Gangapur Road in Nashik was nothing short of a disaster, and I feel compelled to warn others to steer clear of this establishment. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this was going to be a regrettable decision. Firstly, the entrance gate to their parking area is a menace. It seems designed with utter disregard for vehicles with standard ground clearance. Any sedan owner, especially those with imported vehicles like Mercedes and BMW, should take serious note: you risk severe damage to your car. The incline and design are such that scraping the undercarriage is almost guaranteed. This itself should have been a red flag to turn around. Things only went downhill from there. We were presented with incredibly cheap quality, poorly printed menus, and to add insult to injury, there weren't enough to go around. We had to wait for one to become available and then, incredibly, the staff would snatch it away every time another table needed it. This constant menu musical chairs was both inconvenient and frankly, quite bizarre. The next issue was truly appalling. When we inquired about water, the waiter asked if we wanted bottled water. Upon stating that we would prefer regular water, we were shockingly informed that they were having some "problem" with the water supply and that regular water was not drinkable. This is an utterly cheap and shallow tactic to force customers into buying bottled water. It's common knowledge and regulation that all restaurants are required to provide RO-purified drinking water. This blatant disregard for regulations and customer well-being is unacceptable. The service was equally atrocious. A particular waiter named Diamond was exceptionally ill-mannered and clearly untrained. He repeatedly disturbed us at our table, incessantly asking if we wanted to order more, barely giving us a moment to even look at the menu or enjoy our conversation. His pushiness became incredibly annoying and made us feel rushed and unwelcome. Finally, the food itself was a massive disappointment. It was thoroughly mediocre and offered nothing special whatsoever. I can confidently say you'd find the exact same tasting fare at any other run-of-the-mill restaurant or even a roadside dhaba on the same Gangapur Road. To be specific, their Cream of Chicken soup tasted suspiciously like it came straight out of a Knorr soup packet. The Butter Garlic Prawns sizzler was a sad excuse for the dish - it was dry, not sizzling in the slightest, and devoid of any discernible garlic flavor. In conclusion, my experience at Pegasus was a complete waste of time and money. From the car-damaging parking to the cheap menus, the water scam, the rude staff, and the utterly forgettable food, there was absolutely nothing positive about this visit. I am never visiting Pegasus again and would strongly recommend everyone else to avoid this place like the plague. There are undoubtedly far better dining options available in Nashik that value their customers and adhere to basic standards of service and quality.

Staff is arrogant. They do not repond to your queries. In any hotel Manchurian comes with or after Hakka noodles, here they bring manchurinan before noodles which is strange. we asked staff to put on AC no one responded , we asked the staff again and again then they told us that AC is not functioning. When we raised voice they started behaving rudly. Food is ordinary compared to price. Nonwonder they are having been nly 3.4rating compared to 4 rating to any average restaurent.
