The Smoked Vine was one of our favourite dining experiences during our stay at Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa, Nashik. As the hotel's all-day dining restaurant, we enjoyed several meals here, and every visit was a delight. Each morning began with their extensive breakfast buffet, which offered a wonderful mix of Indian and international favourites. The variety was impressive, and everything was fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented. One of the things I particularly loved was how the restaurant showcases local Maharashtrian cuisine. Watching traditional regional dishes being freshly prepared at a dedicated live station added a lovely touch of authenticity and gave us a chance to experience local flavours beyond the usual buffet offerings. We also enjoyed their popular Sunday brunch, which had a lively atmosphere and an excellent selection of dishes. From comfort food favourites to international specialties, there was something for everyone. A special highlight was a curated dining experience created for us by the culinary team. The menu featured everything from dim sums and sushi to lotus leaf fish wraps, stone bowl specialties, wok-tossed noodles, and a beautiful Alphonso mango dessert. Every course was thoughtfully prepared, beautifully plated, and packed with flavour. The restaurant itself is elegant and inviting, with soaring ceilings, live cooking stations, and a warm, contemporary ambience that makes you want to linger a little longer. The service throughout our stay was attentive, friendly, and genuinely hospitable. A special mention to Executive Chef Prasen Gavali and his team for creating such memorable dining experiences. From celebrating local Maharashtrian flavours to presenting beautifully crafted international cuisine, every meal reflected passion, creativity, and attention to detail. Whether it's breakfast, brunch, or a specially curated dinner, The Smoked Vine is a place I would happily return to on my next visit to Nashik.

our experience today at smoked vine was awesome. we had opted for ala carte instead of buffet. Mr Shubhendu was the one to take care of our table and he was excellent in his job. on knowing that it was our anniversary today, he made sure that we celebrate it well and arranged complementary cake for us. whatever we ordered was good to taste and no chance left at all to complain about anything. be it hospitality, food, ambiance or service. only 1 suggestion, to keep some space or small closed room dedicated for feeding babies like it is in other similar hotels. though they helped me manage the same without a proper dedicated room too. overall it's 5 star experience for sure

Had a wonderful dining experience. The food was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. The service was exceptional, and Mr. Provat was extremely courteous, attentive, and ensured everything was perfect throughout our visit. His hospitality truly made our experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

It was a great lunch experience, Sahil served us for the lunch and was very helpful with placing the order and making sure it was well served. He also ensured there was dessert served since we were here to celebrate a birthday. It was a kind gesture. Thank you
