I booked a table for 2 from the Zomato app & added a special request as it was a wedding anniversary celebration for some kind of decoration. I called them twice after booking the table for the same but they did not answer & there was no decoration also. If u cannot fulfill the special request made by the customer then why allow them to make one.

Ambience is good. We ordered sizzlers and there was no sizzle no smoke and it was completely luke warm. Lasagne was good, Sushi starter was tasty and the bruschetta with mushroom topping was very good. LIIT could be much better. some of the other places in Nashik make a much much better LIIT cocktail. Overall it was good but loads to improve.

1) They serve extra small food portions not commensurate with the price they charge. 2) Under staffed, as the same person takes order, serves, clears tables & handles billing. 3) Almond-brokoli soup was w/o salt & not hot & had to be changed. 4) Sizzler tikki was brought almost 7-8 minutes after the rice, vegetables & fries were served.

Your food was extremely unhygienic. My bhabhi consumed it last night, and she is now suffering from severe food poisoning and had to be hospitalized this morning. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had in the Nashik food industry. Food safety is non-negotiable, and such negligence is deeply concerning.

Food is good but service is very pathetic. We had to call the staff multiple times. Table was dirty and we had to ask to clean, plates were dirty and they were not ever checking it.

THE SERVICE WAS ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC. we had to ask for the spoons 6 times. and the cake came after 35 mins and we had to tell them multiple times to bring the cake.
