Decent place, different ambience, however dated furniture, torn sofas. Food ok not amazing, nothing special. Beer was perfectly chilled. We sat on mezzanine and the sound was too loud ( they reduced upon request). Overall good place to chill.

Service was super bad. No one was attending properly, cocktail was incomplete, not at all chilled, alcohol level was less, unnecessarily sweet and sugary.... no one was coming to the table so we could give the feedback and rectify the taste. the glass was chipped. food came after 45 mins. cheese sauce quantity in the cheese fondue was very less. things like glass, spoons, napkins were also missing from the table. and had to be asked for multiple times. we escalated twice we were told we will pay attention, yet no one took care. we had to wait for 10 mins for ice n lemon. pathetic experience.

We booked table for 9:30pm We reached there at 9:25pm There were no table We waited Then cam another group of people after ua They got the table at the same time On raising the issue the manager he lied that they were before us Then the owner came, she started bossing around,asked us to sit at the bar instead of regular table when we objected she started shouting Never in our life we experienced such rude manager and owner If you want to go to this place please be ready to compromise on your self respect
