The service let it down for us. It was my mother's birthday and we wished we had decided to celebrate it at home. The waiters were really irritating and were only trying to sell us more dishes than serving us. The serving time took ages. The server poured drinks and took 10 minutes to get us a water bottle. Very bad service. The food wasn't great enough to forgive the extremely bad service. Please don't go here. We're never going again

We reached late at the hotel when it was about to close but we had informed them on call that we will be having dinner. They accepted and said we can come. The waiter was rude in taking orders. If you do not want to service the customers, please let them know. It ruins the overall experience. We had to order food in hurry and it was served when we were having starters. Food was brilliant but service wasn't.

The crab served was stale and the manager refused to accept that the crab was stale! It tasted very bitter and when complained to the manager the manager argued saying that sir your taste is different ! No courtesy of apologizing to the customer. The quality of food has degraded drastically. They have started serving stale food to customers now !

We are regular clients here. We were super excited to eat the jumbo crab. When we ordered, it tasted BITTER. They refused to accept the fact that it was stale and fought with us instead. The Owner rudely said “So should we manufacture crabs separately for you now?” Very misbehaved. Not going back here.

We order basic food Panner Chilly, Romali Roti, Chinese Bhel, Spring Rolls, Panner Tikka, Veg Koftam, Tandoori roti, Dal khichada but sorry to tell the Panner Chilly, Panner tikka masala and Veg kofta was worst preparation ever i will not recommend this hotel. PLEASE DO NOT GO AND TRY THIS HOTEL

I ordered haka noodles but they don't deliver they don't have chef so don't visit hotel or don't order online bcz u will not get ur food on time

Very very bad quality in app showing nice image but after delivery showing different items. So sad 😭
