1Oak, Delhi has a good ambience and decent service, but that’s about it. The place is extremely overpriced—food, drinks, and sheesha are all unjustifiably expensive. Less options for vegetarian. Because of the high pricing, it feels like a place people will visit only once for the experience, not something you’d return to. The cafe seriously needs to rethink its pricing. Other than ambience, nothing really stands out.

We ordered A motion shisha base and there’s no proper smoke after that base changed to maya base then also problem remained same . We ordered Mac& cheese but their quantity is very low as compared to their prices they are charging.

Let me save you ₹2,600 and the indignity of what passes for hospitality here. We visited here with a guest from Canada — a genuine shisha lover who was looking forward to a good evening. What followed was one of the most brazenly cynical, almost impressively shameless guest experiences I have ever encountered. We were in and out in 20 minutes. Not by choice. Because there was nothing worth staying for. They don't answer their phone. Not once. Not twice. The signage outside is so deliberately small it borders on suspicious — which, in hindsight, is probably intentional. Legitimate businesses that take pride in what they do generally want to be found. The menu promises an exhaustive variety of flavours - absolute fiction. At barely 50% occupancy, we had to summon the shisha attendant *four times* before he deigned to appear. His opening line? Every single flavour — except the ₹4,000+ options — had conveniently vanished. When pressed, he reluctantly "allowed" us the ₹2,500 version, with the energy of someone making a personal sacrifice. What arrived was a pocket-sized insult - The setup looked like something assembled from leftover parts. There was no smoke — not a proper draw, warm dirty base, a big nothing. The flavour was completely absent, as if the tobacco had simply been told about flavour secondhand. The coal situation was a farce — changes were stonewalled, and frankly, I wouldn't be shocked if those coals had already served another table before ours. And the mouth filter? We had to ask for it ourselves. A basic hygiene standard. An afterthought at a place charging ₹2,600 for the privilege of inhaling warm, flavourless air. The bill - ₹2,600. Not a single glass of water offered. No acknowledgment of the disaster they had served us. No accountability whatsoever. Twenty minutes- That's how long it took us to realise this place had nothing to offer and leave. A shisha session that couldn't hold us for even half an hour. That should tell you everything. The verdict - This is not a lounge. It is a very thin performance of one, built around steering guests toward overpriced options and delivering as little as possible in return. The servers appear incentivised to upsell and under-deliver, and the "sold out" routine is clearly rehearsed. We would have derived more satisfaction — and arguably more smoke — from lighting the money directly and inhaling the ash. Avoid completely. An embarrassment of a venue.

Staff service is very slow. I just have asked 3-4 times for the menu. And then same I've again waited for 10 minutes to place my order. I'm calling the staff but no one is listening. They are not punching the order correctly and then they say you haven't placed that order. Shit service. I won't recommended this place
