Love their cakes. Been visiting and ordering from this place since years now. Tried their vanilla tea cake recently and it’s so addicting. Tastes great and paired with tea it’s heavenly. The price is affordable. A must must try. The cakes are great as well

Absolutely loved this bakery! Freshly baked items, amazing aroma, and friendly staff. The pastries were soft and flavorful. Will definitely be back!

We ordered few pastries and patty , after placing order and charging when I asked them to microwave paties they say they can heat them as electricity is not available, which I expected to be told at time of placing the order . Pastries were ok not so great ,patty were ice cold so can't say much . Even though food was ok customer service was pretty disapointing.

I used to be a regular customer at 221 B Baker Street, especially for their cakes and pastries, which were always delicious. Unfortunately, during my last visit, I noticed something that completely turned me off. The cleanliness had significantly deteriorated, and to my horror, I saw a cockroach crawling on the pastries in the display case. It was incredibly disappointing to see the lack of hygiene in a place I once loved.Since then, I haven’t been able to bring myself to visit again. No matter how good the food may be, cleanliness is non-negotiable for me. I hope they take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements, but until then, I won’t be returning.

Please never buy anything from this bakery, they send expired items and when you complain they talk very rudely. Extemely sour and smelly pastries were delivered to me and they were so sour in taste that i had to spit out immediately. Never never buy anything from them. A total waste of money.

I ordered a customized cake from them for my kids 2nd Birthday. .they did not deliver on committed time i stood at their store for 2 hours but to no avail .. by then the kids school closed and all the kids left.. highly disappointed.. they ruined my kids birthday party

Today I placed an order on 221 Bakers street. They accepted my order and delivery boy was at the restaurant and suddenly my order was cancelled without any reason. Really shameful from Restaurant and Zomato

Ordered birthday cake from here. I mentioned birthday message but there was none there. I am now stuck with a birthday cake with no "happy birthday" on it. This kiosk is a shame on the brand.

The worst Choco lava someone can ever have. It was served warm. It was just all chocolaty liquidy thing with no sign of cake. THIS BAKERY IS NOT RECOMMENDED.

Wrong item sent.Instead of sending the correct item, The baker asked me to follow up with the rider and resolved which was never resolved. Hopeless service..
