The service at the Aeronaut Café is very good. This is a café where you will also find perfume along with coffee. Especially here, the taste of hot chocolate and cold coffee can't even match. The staff here listens very well and their service is also very good. Especially Asil is very helpful and he can make you choose the food according to your mood.....pls do visit here ....it's a most happening n hangout place ...

Perfect place to chill and eat, this is literally my go to place. I highly recommend their coffees, sandwiches and pleaseeee don’t leave without trying their valcano sauce pasta, that’s heavenly goood. The staff is kind and helpful. The perfumes are so good, fresh and has some kind of real feel to it hard to put that feeling in words

"Stumbled upon Aeronot Cafe, and I’m so glad I did! It’s got this chill vibe that makes you want to stay for hours. The coffee is on point, and the food is super fresh. Loved the sandwiches and the vibe overall. Great place to relax or work if you're in the area!"

Tried the cottage cheese rice bowl- soft rice, fresh paneer, and satisfying flavour. It was a bit heavier side, but still lovely. The service staff are very welcoming too. Worth trying… 😊❤️

Visited aeronot for coffee, loved their iced caramel latte it was well crafted, aromatic, perfectly balanced. It was hard to stop eating after trying their dark chocolate banana cake

I had a very disappointing experience at Aeronot Café on MG Road. While the ambiance may look appealing, the service was extremely poor. Orders took far longer than expected, and the staff seemed disorganized and inattentive throughout the visit. What was even more concerning was witnessing staff members being spoken to in an abusive and disrespectful manner. No workplace should tolerate employees being humiliated in front of customers. It created an uncomfortable atmosphere and reflected poorly on the management. Good food and décor cannot make up for poor customer service and an unhealthy work environment. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously, improves their service standards, and ensures that every employee is treated with the respect and dignity they deserve. What is equally disappointing is seeing influencers glorify places like this without talking about the actual customer experience or how staff are treated. It often feels like some promotional content is driven more by paid collaborations than by honest reviews. As customers, we deserve authentic recommendations, not marketing disguised as genuine opinions.
