The chicken shawarma is the best in the city. Of course its the desi chicken shawarma and not an authentic Arab one but it tastes really good nonetheless.

DO NOT WASTE TIME AND MONEY; AL BAKE IS PATHETIC DINE IN PLACE IN COMMUNITY CENTER NEW FRIENDS COLONY According to Manager “Sab Chalta Hai”, therefore Order on table can go wrong No Bill will be given, they say badh jaega aapka bill coz GST gets added. Card and UPI don’t work and they accept only cash, it’s chaotic there. The service is pathetic and the staff is least knowledgeable about the food in the menu. I ordered 3 Chicken Shawarma, 1 Mutton Seekh Kabab, 1 Rara Gosht, 1 Tandoori Paneer Momos, Breads (4 Khamiri & 1 Tandoori Roti), and Drinks (1 Coke & 1 Water)- Total ₹1780/- 1st Goof up - they served Mutton Korma instead of Rara Gosht, according to the Waiter all Mutton dishes are same, he asked me to talk to Manager, Manager asked to confirm with Chef, they found themselves wrong as Mutton Korma was given on the table, they didn’t care to replace with right order 2nd Goof up - they served Chicken Kabab instead of Mutton Kabab, again as per waiter it’s Mutton not Chicken, checked with Manager again he also said it Mutton, confirmed with Chef it’s Chicken, waited so long to get the starters finally Mutton Kabab was served

I am pretty sure everything on the menu is pre-cooked, heated and served to us. The kebabs are worse than the frozen kebabs sold at places. It takes absolutely long kept and disgusting. Same goes with their chicken korma, chicken drums or any of their dishes. I mean, food was so bad that we left the even before we tried everything. Pathetic and unhygienic staff, and absolutely the worst restaurant experience i had in New Delhi, a sweet city with so many good eating options doesn’t deserve a spot like this. I regret spending even a dime here. PS: Shawarma’s too they get from the store ahead of them. And even that was cold. Giving them a 1/10. Although, that is a very high score for what was a very bad experience.

Fried chicken tasted sour. It had a stale taste. When the order was received it had a packaging of snack corner instead of al bake and it was mentioned that snack corner was near al bake. Idk if it was a scam but the chicken like this would easily put you in the hospital. I used to enjoy al bake’s menu but idk what happened to them. P.S - Not ordering for there anymore.

Very bad quality of chicken wings i have tasted ever. Before today I was order from Al-Bake chinese point new friends colony that was better. Today I thought due to this name i placed and got bad quality

very bad food quality... will never visite again.... especially Chinese food is very much salty, we packet put food from restaurant but it's not eateble never visited again.

Food is served cold, excessive high price, quantity and quality of food is below the average. dining is worst. overall this place is a waste of time and money

Rude staff and pathetic food. The staff is least interested in serving. Stale chicken in shwarma.
