I have ordered Mutton seekh kabab but the quantity as promised, was not delivered. The taste was good but the quantity was less as it was charged.

Pathetic experience! Ordered chicken shawarma and chicken seekh kebab, and it was a disaster. Will highly recommend not to visit this outlet. Their service is miserable too, even after repeating order thrice and nudging the server twice we didnt get the whole order. Save money...and skip this one! Ruining the name.

My friend ordered shawarma and the entire thing was stale. They are ruining the Al-nakr name and even Zomato didn't address the issue. what is the point of paying extra for gold and premium on food list price. pathetic experience

I have ordered from them in the past but from the last 2 times they have started to make it so over the top spicy that it taste like cheap. Also quality of roti has also gone down.
