Terrible hygiene and rude behaviour at Al Gulzar, Jama Masjid – avoid! Visited Al Gulzar near Jama Masjid and had a very unpleasant experience. The place was filthy — leftover food was lying under the tables, and when we asked the staff to clean it, they simply ignored us. There were mosquitoes all over the dining area. When we raised a concern, the staff casually said, “We have already installed insect killers, we can’t do anything more.” When we reminded them it’s their responsibility to maintain hygiene, the manager rudely asked the guard not to allow us in the future! Such arrogant behaviour was completely unacceptable — as if they were offering free food or charity. The way they talk to customers is disgraceful, and it feels like they have a group ready to argue or intimidate anyone who raises a valid concern. Strongly recommend avoiding this place. They have no sense of hygiene or customer service, and I will be filing a complaint with the food department so proper inspection can be carried out.

I was there with my family to visit Delhi and found this restaurant The ambience and the staff was very polite and they helped us choose our food I ordered mutton korma and malai tikka and butter chicken with naan the taste was amazing ❤️❤️ thank you 😊

This msg for the owner.. you gys not available in your restaurant so u don’t know what he is doing very cheep and bad watch man you have.the don’t have manners.. yesterday I am your guest in your restaurant. Security gurd is kept for welcome and he misbehav with the guest. All time so pls respect the girls.. Give him money and go, he is happy, but if you don't give it, he misbehaved with me. Wow so pls change your staf and your accountant sporting himm… wow what a good staf you hav al Gulzar… so gys never visit bad people bed restaurant

I have eating food from this restaurant since few months..it's good for eating nonveg but recently the person on main gate did not allow my family to enter by judging my husband that he is drunk.How can you judge a person by just looking at him / her..? Did you do the same with person who smoke...? I am never going to visit you guys as I was ur regular customer.It was very cold and I carried my small daughter from one place to another. Pathetic mind set.

Worst dining experience ever staff specially captain pawan is a chu##ya person I have ever meet in my life he should go join school Lear some manners and then come back Boycott al guzar there r much better places to enjoy good food and hospitality
