I ordered Adana platter and a roll , it was amazing. fresh salad , best apple tea at the end friendly staff. it's a small place but Amazingly healthy and authentic Turkish food. if you like mughly flavours then this isn't for you.

AlaTurka is too good. The food quality and quantity is up to the mark. They have a wide variety to choose from, I personally liked the meat ball roll the best. Treat for your tastebuds!

One portion of Chicken Grill (half) (Rs. 625) changed to chicken shish kebab (lower cost). Cooking instructions, "no red chilli", chicken grill was high full red chilli taste. I got No Bill. Very bad. first time Al Turka and Zomato high level bad mistake. Many level mistakes, very bad. Please reverse order, Compensate immediately next working day. Ask delivery why happened. And late delivery. Tracking route changes. He took longer route. Very bad. Ok.

I used to be a regular to Alta Turk when they used to have authentic Döner Kebaps, now they’re trying to be more Arab calling it Shawarma, but it’s neither Shawarma nor Doner at this point, just a roll with some meat. I’d rather want the old AltaTurk back at this point.

Looks like most of their 5 star reviews are paid. I had ordered their shawarma multiple times and had found them decent but I went to try it at the place for the first time. The guy taking the orders at the counter (in black jacket today - kind of bald) is a super arrogant idiot. I simply asked him whats the difference between their Turkish Salad and Turkish Grilled Chicken Salad (2 different things in the menu) to which he replied : “sir main abhi busy abhi nahi bata salta kyuki orders hain”. I asked him twice and he had the same arrogant face response. I’m pretty sure he could have told me the difference in the amount of time he gave me this stupid response in.

The director of the company that owns the restaurant is Turkish. From a country that rushed arms to Pak to kill our civilians, endorses jihad and terrorism against India and does not believe in our territorial integrity. The thought of spending my money in a Turkish owned restaurant will make me puke.

One of the worst shawarma! For how expensive the chicken doner roll is they were so stingy on sauces and it was so mediocre. I even requested them and they barley out any. Very rude staff and tasteless food. Just avoid.

The person taking order and sitting on counter is rude and disrespectful. I ordered food and waited for over 50 minutes and still didn’t get order so at last I had to cancel order.

Horrible Experience !! Need to look into preparation and Hygiene. Got very serious food poisoning after eating the shawarma here. Horrible !!
