Celebrated my daughter's 4th birthday. The play area is apt for a birthday party with perfect indoor and outdoor setup for kids and adults. The kids were well taken care by the female staff in the plag zone. The food menu is kids friendly and has good options. All the staff was very supportive and helped us thorughout the event. A very pleasant and easy going experience. The kids has a great time. They helped us arrange kids events as well. Must consider for a kids birthday celebration.

Hello, I really liked the ambience and food at angels n brats. We celebrated my daughter’s birthday. We overwhelmed by the gesture of the owner and relevant staff who was taking care of the event.

I had a great time at Angel & Brats. The ambience, food, service all was awesome. The pasta dish along with paneer tikka and dal makhani were the show stopper. Had a great time.

A very beautiful place and great concept created by the owner and two star for ambience. But food is quite bad including simple things like coffee, french fries, etc. They use mozarela cheese which makes food sticky, rubbery and inedible. A place where u have such good food joints u always become NO choice for food. Also need to take feedback seriously when we say food needs huge improvement...rather than saying no customer has told us that food is not proper....See ur surroundings and respect customer point of view

Got to know about this place today and was quite excited to visit it as the concept is great for parents with young children. I have a one year old daughter and thought the kid zone plus cafe concept with an outdoor seating is just what we were looking for. However, had a really bad experience and was thoroughly disappointed. 1. Got to know from reviews that socks are mandatory for kids. Had two calls with the manager (Ms Lopa) but she had not told me that. If I had visited without reading the reviews then it would have been a disaster as the kids are not wearing socks in this heat. Okay with the policy but they should specify it clearly when someone calls and on the respective zomato / Google pages where feasible 2. We had ordered coffee, the main thing for which we wanted to go here besides the kids area. They took some 30 minutes to get that and in three attempts also, the coffee was abysmal. Just really really bad. They even screwed up a basic mocha frappe and had the most bitter coffee ever. My wife's normal cold coffee was very watery. They need to get a chef / a basic person who can make good coffee. It is not rocket science. 3. The service was overall really pathetic. Took long enough to get coffee (and then the failed reattempts) that we couldn't order much food as needed to feed our daughter. Even then, we had asked for tissues after going to the counter since no one was coming on the table, took 15 minutes, got the bill but forgot the tissues My wife couldn't eat anything there and couldn't have a decent coffee, came back just like that. This was not a good experience. You have a great concept, please work on getting the right staff for making coffee and enough staff that you can manage the footfall or reduce the number of guests that you can accept. Also, you should at least specify the cost of entry which came in the bill but not mentioned anywhere again (400 bucks - not sure if it was per hour or overall.. Okay with the price, but should mention beforehand)
