Had an amazing experience! The food was absolutely awesome, with a variety of signature dishes that truly impressed. The cocktails were outstanding – creative, perfectly balanced, and some of the best I’ve tried. A special thanks to Ankit, the Beverage Manager, who made our evening even better with his excellent recommendations and warm hospitality. His attention to detail and knowledge of the drinks really stood out. The ambience was great – stylish, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxed evening out. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for fantastic food, amazing cocktails, and exceptional service!

We dined at AnnaMaya for their lunch buffet. The restaurant boasts a pleasant atmosphere and is spacious. Their starters offered a delightful selection of North Indian and Chinese options. The main courses were flavourful and had the right amount of spices. The buffet spread was extensive and most items were delicious. However, the dessert selection was limited though tasty. They also had a separate dessert set for purchase.

After being a regular for Sunday Brunch here, the service on the night of 30.08.2025 was way below the regular standards of Andaz. Despite the order placed, one of the item was never served. The Subz Handi (Mix Veg) seemed like just boiled vegetables put in gravy and served. Thereafter an Order for Tiramisu was placed and instead of it we were served with some regular Chocolate Pastry. Despite repeated requests the Air Conditioner of our table was not switched on. Summarizing it up, I give the courtesy to the team of Annamaya for destroying my Birthday Dinner. Thanks a ton for that..!!!

I visited AnnaMaya - Andaz last night hoping for a pleasant evening, but the experience was completely ruined, not by the food, but by the appalling behavior displayed by a member of the team, identified as Ankit Patwal. It is rare that I feel compelled to write a review based solely on the atmosphere, but what I witnessed was truly disturbing. Throughout the evening, Mr. Patwal was observed behaving in an aggressive and demeaning manner towards the service staff and workers. His conduct was not only unprofessional; it was abusive. Watching him berate hardworking staff members in full view of customers was incredibly uncomfortable and destroyed any semblance of a dining experience. It created a hostile and tense environment that made everyone around us uneasy. No employee deserves to be spoken to with such disrespect, and no paying customer should have to witness that kind of workplace toxicity. Regardless of the quality of the food, I cannot support an establishment that allows such disgraceful behavior from its leadership or senior staff. Until AnnaMaya - Andaz addresses this management issue and ensures their workers are treated with basic human dignity, I will not be returning, and I strongly urge others to take their business elsewhere.

The worst type of services anyone can avail at this restaurant. Pathetic staff behaviour, incorporative staff, lethargic team, no care towards their customers. Someone from my table got allergic towards mushroom and we said not to include that in food, instead they added more mushrooms in that dish. No sensitivity towards customer. I would request all not to visit the restaurant and ruin your evening and experience.

If you are a Hyatt Dining club member, skip this property. I went with my family to celebrate my birthday and the hotel staff was completely uncooperative. They did not allow me to use 50% one plus one alcohol voucher despite prior experience of using these vouchers in exact same conditions in other Hyatt properties. Would not be visiting again and would suggest fellow members to take their business elsewhere.
