Had a lovely experience at AnnYatra. Everything from the food to the drinks, ambience and service were great. Loved the Palak Patta Chaat and the combination of Hyderabadi dal and Samosa.

The food in the reviews was good but in reality, it wasn't so good , out of 5-6 food items we only found one of them a little good which was the palak patta chaat overall the food wasn't good , after reading the reviews we thought it was very nice but it wasn't only the beverages were OK kind of , the food wasn't good the and the food should be improved

I went there yesterday with my family for dinner, just by entering and the way they were serving with ancient greek vibe & cutlery, I was looking forward to eat & relish but to my disappointment it was just the opposite. First they served aam panna as a welcoming drink which was good. I asked the waiter to repeat if they can and he happily agreed but lost in some of his own thoughts & the drink was never been served. Anyway we ordered a tandoori platter which was bland, no taste & just not one thing I can say to be pretty ok. We ordered palak patta chaat which was too okay to say. Than we ordered the main course where dal makhani & shahi paneer were just average and biggest disappointment was malai kofta & katthal biryani. Malai kofta was too dry and nothing great. Katthal biryani was the worst we ever had. Katthal was too chewy & We don’t understand what oil they have used that taste weird. Overall a big NO.

I went to Anyatra on the evening of July 26th to celebrate my 27th birthday with a group of 8. Five of us arrived 30 minutes early, and we immediately sat down and ordered a substantial amount of food and drinks while waiting for the remaining 3 family members to join. Despite us actively ordering and spending money, the management/staff came up and rudely snapped at us for having 4 empty chairs at our table for just 30 minutes. They explicitly said to our faces, "If you were only 5, you could have told us," with zero courtesy or respect. It is completely unacceptable to treat paying customers—especially a family celebrating a birthday—with such attitude over a minor 30-minute wait for the rest of the party. The service and behavior were extremely disappointing. I would strongly advise against visiting Anyatra if you expect decent hospitality or basic respect.

Disappointing Experience — More Hype Than Substance Unfortunately, the experience did not live up to the hype. Our table was not allotted at the promised time, which was frustrating, especially after making plans around the reservation. The food itself was quite underwhelming—bland and nothing particularly extraordinary. The service was just okay, and to make matters worse, because we got our table late, there seemed to be an effort to rush us through dinner and wrap things up quickly. Honestly, it feels like this place has benefited more from influencer marketing and social media hype than from delivering an exceptional dining experience. In reality, I found it to be just average. There are plenty of places where you can get better food and a more relaxed experience without all the hype. Overall: overhyped and not worth the expectations.
