Its an average place for dining and sweets. Loved the food specially Dal makhani is very tasty there. Service is also good and gol gappa / tikki also provided

Most unethical practice is prices shown in zomato delivery menu are 50-70℅ higher than the actual menu available in Restaurant. This is totally cheating from both the parties. previously the variation was only 10-20% Now it is huge 50-70%, check before ordering. they are making us fool.

Seriously, the worst restaurant in Faridabad for Sweets. This happened to me not once but twice with different items. Earlier I got Burfi from Anupam and it was the worst I ever had instead of Mawa it felt like it had Maida in it and there was way too much sugar to increase the weight. This time I got Murgi Chena and again the same issue. The restaurant doesn't even know how to make sweets Murgi Chena feels like sugar balls and nothing else. Also they are charging the same price as Premium Restaurants do for the deserving sweets. I really recommend you not to buy sweets from Anupam Sweets. Highly disappointed.

No improvement infact only deterioration in customer service and more exploitation. Kuch bhi charge kr rahe hai.. Infact even tikki is overpriced and worthless ( rather go Sanjay Chaat waala vendor adjacent Ozone Park society gate, even he treats you a lot better than how Anupam owners, cashier and other employees.) The point is to look for better alternative. Head to World Street, which is around 3 km from this hell for better options and respect!! They definitely serve humiliation well if you are "unlucky" enough!!

Faced very bad experience twice from this restaurant. Will never suggest anyone. They delivered spoiled and bad smelling food item(chole bhature). With snacks such as paneer tikka and manchurian no chutney is provided. Also, when asked for replacement or refund they dont respond. Very bad experience, will rate a big zero 0.

Regret going to place today. Please don't burn your money by eating at Anupam. Prefer Om Sweets instead on any given day. Staff don't care about customers and treat them like dirt.

I have ordered samosa and chole bhature with them.both of them taste horrible.never order with them such a waste of money.i am regretting now please don't order from here

The ordered food did not taste good and wasn't fresh either. I am never ordering from this restaurant again. The service is terrible. Really disappointed.

Order delivered from other local brand(Raghuvansh) shop instead of Anupam Sweets. Delivery boys don't have any response regarding this. Very strange.
