Hosted a proposal event here. Mansi, Gaurav and team did an impeccable job. Right from the decor to food, everything was top notch. We were taken good care of by the entire team. Really loved the minutest efforts that were put in by the team to make it even more memorable. Cant wait to host many more events here!

We went for an event there, and had their buffet breakfast, and it was super amazing 🤩 loved their South Indian breakfast, especially Sambar 😊

I went for my birthday celebration there and it was quite a pretty and welcoming place with an amazing ambience. The food was good too!

Me and 2 more friends arrived at the place, we were asked to stop at the entrance after given a top to down stare bt the doorman/manager. We had dressed down for the evening and were carrying our laptop backpacks from work. We were taken to the side where they told us that there is a cover charge of 2K per person that is to be paid upfront but is adjusted against the bill if the bill is higher. I suspected they just made it up to put us off, but we were fine with it as our average check/bill comes to 8-10K anyway on evening outs. We agreed to it, and requested if we could see the place and ambience first. The manager flat out refused and said that's not possible. On enquiring why was it not possible, he very much humiliated us 3 by saying that's because he didn't deem us 3 fit for an upscale place like this. We were absolutely shocked and non-plussed by the brazenness of the manager and the woman assistant he was with. The elitism, classism and power tripping was palpable in their bearing and words. This happened on the 29th May. An absolutely indelible incident for us all. I guess I had just expected basic decency from an establishment like Aqua but thats too much I guess.

We were visiting the hotel directly from the office in the late evening. So we perhaps looked a little exhausted, worn out and not in a party attire but in a casual office attire. The manager along with his female assistant/colleague stopped us at the entrance, and probed us with multiple questions. After their enquiries were done with, they denied us entry saying that the place is reserved for party/celebration for the evening. I feel it was maybe because they didnt like our attires, or didnt think we were fancy enough for the place. This is entirely british raj in the modern times, where an establishment can deny entry to you based on your looks, clothes, ethnicity, caste, or class. Pretty horrible and embarassing experience. Have vowed to never give business to such anti-national (against the ethos of the nation) establishment.

Extremely awful experience. The staff were too cold, especially KIM. Completely different from what is shown in the picture. there is construction work going on, extremely noisy. the milk shakes we ordered were atrocious to say the least. Please please delist this restuarant from here. Worst experience ever.

This is aqua- the park hotel CP charging you ₹171 for @Kinley_India ₹20 bottle. Getting buffet at 5k but on gate you will be charged for mere water bottle #jaggoga
