4 stars coz when we went the seats outside was empty and we were made to sit inside ( we had a reservation for 2) shouldn’t it be out choice where we’d like to sit ?? Then conviniently when 2 ppl from outside shifted in( wow ! ) then we were allowed to sit out for out main course thank God coz the musician was super loud after a point ! Went there for a peaceful date night the only saviours were cocktails and good food !!

We tried Mushroom pate with lavash, great taste, beautiful presentation, rest sourdough pizza, Jamuna mocktail tangy taste, Green Thai curry out of the box presentation. Overall good vibes with memorable taste. Atlast Sagar and the manager and musical guys were great in their service. Absolutely recommend it all food lovers, only crunch is space but can't help it it's GK. Keep expanding guys, keep up the taste.

The food was nice, but the service was okay okay and the live music singer sang well, but the volume was too high that it was hurting the ears and head. The volume should be down as it is a small space so that the music can seem soothing.

Firstly i like the ambience second its just like dj is playing bollywood or hindi song but as in this new generation everybody like mix bollywood and english have to chnge the playlist and must vist no vacany to see how there playlist

One of the Most Unprofessional Restaurant Experiences I’ve Ever Had Absolutely pathetic service and an extremely uncomfortable experience from start to finish. Let’s start with the waiters. They literally stand over your head while you’re having a private conversation and listen to everything you’re saying. They come so unnecessarily close while serving that you genuinely start feeling uncomfortable. There is absolutely no sense of personal space or basic hospitality. And then there was the so-called manager/consultant, who was completely drunk. He repeatedly interrupted our private conversations for absolutely no reason and continued drinking while sitting at the bar right behind us. This was supposed to be a birthday dinner, but instead of making guests feel welcome, the person responsible for the restaurant was making everyone uncomfortable. The worst part came after we cut the birthday cake. This drunk manager actually came over and said, “You guys didn’t bring cake for us?” Seriously? Who exactly are you to come and ask guests for their birthday cake? At that point, the entire experience was so uncomfortable that the girls in our group no longer felt comfortable sitting there. We had no choice but to finish up and leave much earlier than planned. And it gets even more ridiculous. On our way out, we asked the waiter about the manager’s behaviour. His response was essentially that the restaurant was empty, so “he’s enjoying himself and drinking.” That says everything about the culture and professionalism of this place. The food unfortunately matched the service — equally disappointing and nowhere close to what you would expect from a decent restaurant. Even giving feedback felt pointless because the manager was drunk and the staff seemed more interested in listening to our conversations and waiting for cake than actually taking care of customers. Owners/management, please take this feedback seriously. A restaurant cannot survive for long when the staff behaves like this and the person managing the place is drinking in front of customers and making them uncomfortable. Extremely disappointing. Would absolutely not recommend.
