Loved the place. Loved the vibe. The bill will come out amusingly less. Only thing that needs improvement is the behavior of the waiters. They just don't listen, or maybe I was sitting at the wrong spot. Nonetheless, good place to visit with family or friends. Ghee roasted dosa was loaded with ghee and the Pao Bhaji was delicious.

It’s a nice restaurant inside of the Constitution Club of India. We tried their soya chaap masala. Soya chaap was quite tender. Served with mint chutney. They don’t serve onions with it. Soya malai chaap was soft and light too. They serve 5 pieces in a platter. Then we tried the honey chilli potato. Flavour was balanced. Not too sweet. Nicely fried. Then creamy broccoli was nice. Their starters are light and not tummy filling. We had a latte and cappuccino too, which was ok. Cofffees are average. The mock tail article 21 special was ok. Their menu is quite extensive and nice. But most of the options were not available because the chefs were not available. There was no South Indian, no hit bits. Hit bits are available from 5pm to 7pm. Dinner or North Indian starts from 7pm.

staffs whom i encountered, were very rude unfortunately. They are full of arrogance and attitude and high on show off. God knows which big shot they serve which has snatched the politeness and humility from them. Food is not so great. so if you are plannning to visit Article 21, think twice. There are plenty of options at CP. Try them out and enjoy with dignity

One of the worst restaurants I’ve been to. Burnt vegetables in all the dishes. Bland soya chaap. Unwashed onions. Sugar like lotus stems. Oil present in dishes like its water. Manchow soup was full of gobhi and looked like corn soup and tasted like liquid gobhi. They even got hot water wrong, brought warm water.
