Taste lacks freshness and finesse.. basics in food need improvement- like the perfecting the al dente of pasta and using silken tofu in their bokchoi prep. Nice biryani and decent tikkas and dessert. But cafés and places around this restaurant have so much precision and finesse to offer, this may loose out to them since it’s at similar costing.

The restaurant has some serious housekeeping issues . The furniture needs replacement too. Food is just average. Refills are very slow .. staff needs training and please someone pay attention to staff uniform too.

Had a very underwhelming experience at Asia alive yesterday (15th may 2026) dinner. The buffet was empty, food was spilling everywhere. Salads were empty, breads were crusty. Appetizers were all empty or soggy. Food on the buffet was not as it was labeled. Staff was completely clueless. The executive chef didn’t bother come visiting the table even after multiple requests were made for constructive feedback. No water was offered, no server to even come and greet. As per management they were busier than expected and understaffed. A paying customer should never be at the receiving end of a logistical or internal failure. Absolutely below par as per Hilton standards given they charge 2300++ before the promotional discount. I suggest don’t fall for the trap and ruin your evening. The hotel service is far below standards and not ready to handle customers.

We have been here once before and are so decided to go back almost after an year. However, Food has become average now. They used to have Sushi in the buffet menu but they’ve removed it now. Only good dishes were the starters. Desserts were below average and only a few varieties. We ordered sushi separately which was good. So, if you think you want to have a nice filling buffet with variety of food, try somewhere else. I ordered white sauce pasta which never came to my table too. Overall if you’re coming from far away for a good time, better stay home and order something from zomato or cook yourself lol. Thats just an honest opinion.

worst experience ever here...people and the app both timing slots kuch or dikhaoge 10:45 ka breakfast ka time hai closing time hojaega 11:00 am...no one will be there to help you they won't even listen they ll just say there things faltu ka that's it I will never ever recommend anyone to visit this place ever

There was a Zomato fee of 500 rs , which was not informed . Not going to use the app again !!!
