I'm really surprised about the bad rating. This place serves some of the best authentic Assamese thali and it feels like homemade.

Open seating is like heaven in winters when the sun shines bright. So on one such day, we went to Dilli Haat for lunch in the sun. Assamese fare at Delhi Haat was what we settled for. Ambience was good, as always. Food was delicious, service was prompt. All in all, a good experience. The only drawback being, it was rather too expensive for the food served. Jakoi in Assam Bhawan serves much better dishes, with larger portions and more items at similar rates, and it is a proper restaurant. The portion size here was also too small for the price charged.

In this scorching heat , we went to this stall and the food was good , the chicken dim sums were very juicy and flavourful . We also ordered choupsey even though it did not appeal to my palette , but was sweet and nice . Garlic noodles were also very spicy , really liked it .

If you have been to Dilli Haat and never tried fruit beer than sweetheart you missed something very good! Assam stall in Dilli Haat gives you one of the best such beers and just for ₹60, it was chilled and refreshing! I loved it

I'm surprised about the negative tying of this place. Personally I liked it very much - mostly the thali. It was my first time trying Assam Cousine and for me it passed the test. Good location in Dilli Hast, nice bamboo plates.

I always go to this place for momos . This time as well, I ordered one fried veg momos and one steamed veg momos with fried rice and chilli paneer . The taste was good as always but I am disappointed because they did not maintain proper hygiene . I found two tiny insects in my momo soup and a green plastic thread in my momo .

Recently me and my foodie friends started a food walk to try out momos at different places in Delhi. The first place we went to is Delhi Haat. Here at the Assam Stall we tried veg fried momos. I would rate them decent, not very good.

Wanted to try the authentic Assamese Duck Thali. But to my utter dismay it was nothing near it. The duck curry tasted horrible and it is not at all like traditional duck curry served in Assam. The thali was average. Haven’t tried other dishes. The picture attached below is only of the Thali. The duck curry didn’t deserved to be clicked.

Today I happened to order the Duck Thali here. Absolutely horrible. They gave me 3 very very small pieces of the Duck wing in the name of Duck Curry. Just avoid this place. Their are better joints in Delhi Haat to have Momos too. Do not visit this stall
