we booked a party for 20-30 persons inside and they committed the same hall to another party as well . moved us out in the heat in the middle of the party. very poor planning. overcommitting the same place to more than one party. it was so hot outside. all the team did was just kept saying sorry but moved us from inside to outside in the middle of the party. committed to put mist fans but did not. food and service are decent but planning for a big party quite poor.

Service was not up to the mark. No staff members were coming to the table to take the order. After taking the order the waiting time was too long. After waiting around an hour we got our prawns dish. Only 5 pieces were there with onion rings. I don't know why it took forever to prepare such a dish. When we asked for ice or iced cool glasses for beer, we were told to wait for ice. And there were no cold glasses available. Also, when we tried to re-order there were no staff available to take it. We also ordered crispy corn but it was never provided to us and in the end we were told that they never punched that in our order. We reminded staff for that order at least 10-12 times. Also the quantity of the food was not good enough.

The drinks served in here are really short on the quantity for which they are charging extravagantly, moreover on the part of discussion the manager didn’t seem to actually help rather figure out a way to get out of the situation somehow. Pathetic experience, spoiled my entire evening
