I went for a take away this morning. The hostess was sweet but did not provide me with a bill hence once I got home I had to call to know what all was veg and otherwise. She needs to be a little more trained and bill should be given while packing any take away.

This review might come as a surprise, especially because A-T-E, All Together Experimental is known to be a good place and I’ve personally had excellent experiences at their Saket outlet, which I would easily rate 10/10. However, even if an experience like this happens once in ten visits, it is simply not acceptable—especially when you’re paying ₹700 for a pasta, not ₹150–₹200 for a roadside plate. Visited the Safdarjung Enclave outlet last night, and sadly, it turned out to be a huge letdown. Ambience: Beautifully done. Very aesthetic and well thought out. This is the only reason this place gets even one star. Food & Experience: Marinara Pasta – Way too sweet. Pointed this out to the staff within a minute or two of it arriving, but nothing was done. Avocado Toast – Sourdough is meant to be crisp at the base. This one was extremely soggy and very disappointing. Burrata and Friends Sandwich – We literally had to search for the burrata. The filling tasted like some random Indian spice mix (no idea why), and the bread was again unacceptably soggy. Deep Fried Chicken Burger – When you say “deep fried,” one expects crispiness. The patty was completely soggy. Every issue was communicated to the staff within one or two minutes of the dishes arriving—not at the end of the meal. Midway through our food, we were informed that the outlet would be closing soon and that last orders were in 10 minutes. This was confusing because earlier we were told the outlet remains open till guests finish ordering. When I pointed out that incorrect dishes should be replaced, I was told the kitchen is closed and nothing can be changed. That is unacceptable. Closing time cannot justify serving or retaining faulty food. I clearly told the staff that I would not eat the burger and asked them to take it away. I was then told, “We’ll fix it.” What they actually did was re-fry the very same soggy chicken patty and send it back, instead of making a fresh one. This was honestly shocking and shows a complete lack of basic food standards. At this point, I was so disappointed that I clearly communicated to the staff—something I don’t usually say—that I didn’t even feel like paying 1% of the bill for this experience. Surprisingly, there was zero regard or effort to resolve the issue. No apology, no correction, no adjustment. We paid the full bill and left. I am attaching the bill copy and photos with this review. This experience was so bad that I wouldn’t even give -5/5 if that were an option. The only reason this place gets 1 star is because Zomato doesn’t allow a 0. Great ambience, but everything else—from food quality to handling feedback—was completely off. Extremely disappointing, especially for a place charging premium prices

Never going back to this branch. The service is super slow and inefficient. And communication is very poor. It took 30 minutes for one dish to arrive and it was extremely sub standard. And even after 45 minutes the chef was still making the second dish. When the server asked the chef he said he is alone and over worked in which case someone should have told us about it or stopped taking orders. If you can’t serve one table in an empty restaurant I’m not sure how a full house will be managed. We were eventually forced to cancel that order and leave hungry. The serving staff apologised but that was after everything and a sorry doesn’t satiate hunger.
