Found a hidden gem in Malviya Nagar — Aure Heer by Chef Mahabir is serving up legacy Punjabi flavours with a genuinely modern twist. The Spinach Fritters Chaat and Dahi Croquettes were unlike anything I’ve tried before, and the Mutton Chops brought real old-school depth. Lahsuni Palak Chenna and Heer Di Dal Makhani are an absolute must-order for mains — this is dal makhani done right. Ended on the Sweet Singh, and honestly, need I say more? If you’re in Delhi, this one’s worth the trip.

The food is amazing. Had their Dal Makhni Arancini and Paneer Makhani with Khameeri Roti. The taste is worth it. A must try for north indian food enthusiasts! Rana had very aptly served and gave recommendations!
